Most individuals create moment for what the love most, they believe it is better to channel energy to what they derive pleasure in. I think it is better to do what you love most than trying to be who you are not.
Firstly, happiness is one of the key to good health, when one is engaging in what they love most there are better chances of excelling, It also makes the individual contribute positively to the home and society. For instance: A survey was carried out by me for my Bsc program in the year 2015 in Lagos state; 80 percent of people loves jogging in the morning but don't have the time to because of the traffic buzzle in the state, they are forced to wake up early to work and that makes their muscle so rigid and that affects their day.
Secondly, Most individual that practice the the hobby they like as a profession tends to do better in their field rather than those that got the job due to unemployment. The ones that practice what they love tends to be nice and well approachable, they give in more to their work and this adds to the growth of the company and the sanity of the environment.
Thirdly, Most individual wakes up early to do their exercises because they derive joy in doing it. For instance; I deriver pleasure in listening to music while I do the housechores, it keeps me going and makes me do the work without feeling tired.
In conclusion, People do what they derive pleasure in since it makes them happy and relieves them of stress.
