I am Priyanka Karancy, who has been working as a software engineer in ABC Technology in India. I will be coming to New Zealand to attend an English Program on behalf of my company’s Manager. I am writing this letter to enquire and confirm about the homestay at your home.
Fortunately, your home is near to Rock Tower, it will be easy for me to commute. Since, I am coming from the country which has moderate whether; it will be more difficult for me to manage the cold. Hence, I request you to check the heater facility in the room which I am going to stay.
Additionally, I require the rental car for one week to commute. I will be arriving there on 22-Jan-2022 at 11. 00 A. M. Also, I need the accommodation till 29-Jan-2022 at 5. 00 P. M.
Could you please reply me back as soon as possible with the details which I have requested above?
