Dear menager, I am beste. I have been working as a director in this company for seven years. I have to inform you an issue which threats our safe and company’s reputation. To begin with ı want you to know that ı feel sorry about the news. Last week ı realized awkward situation in the lab. I started to investigate and I have just reached the result and decided to send e mail to you. One of our staff who has been working in the company for many years steals our prescriptions. I have talked him twice. He had been sending two medicines ingrediants before I realized situation. Although I checked him e mail I do not believe him. I suggest you to enlarge the investigation. He should fire the company as soon as possible. If he proceed to work company will be damaged due to him. I am waiting your respond. I will send a document which is founded by him e mail adress.
