Throughout my life, I found and came into contact with several kinds of people who have different meanings in life. While some people are convinced that being able to live on a long, peaceful life is the most unbelievably and precious gift from god, there are some people who prefer to live on a shorter life with lots of challenges since they believe that easy, long life is a quite boring one. The following paragraphs will discuss whether a long, calm life or short, intense one and reach a reasonable conclusion.
To start with living on a peaceful life for about a century. I concur that there is no one who does not like to live in such a life since the majority of people love to live in a comfortable and a convenient life. To be more specific that, people might think if they can start their day with a cup of coffee with beautiful weather and breeze, they probably do not want to lose that and wish to live as much as they could. Then, they may avoid risks which are plausible to break down their peace and tranquillity.
However, on the other hand, life will be boring and meaningless unless challenges and intensity. Personally, I may choose the life with ups and downs when it contrast with the peaceful one. However, I might not enjoy the life with full of challenges or barriers. Although I sometimes love to have the life with some intensity to get excitements, I may also prefer the one with quietness.
In conclusion, I do not want to have either the one with long and peaceful or the one with short and intense. If I have to choose one among them, I may prefer to choose the one with having a work-life balance.
