Today I worked at CBE from 900-1200 and was busy there, around 1115 I called the number 15 and the men came a bit unhappy. I identify him which normal questions and he started to complain about waiting too long - around 1 hour
I apologize for his waiting time and tried to explain to him only me working in this room with my normal voice but he did not listen and told me I am so rude and said to me “ shut up “ when I heard those words I came out asked Tania who is the receptionist at Broad oak came in pathology room and he started to racist me by said I am from Asia and said “ Shut up”
I didn't feel comfortable taking his blood and I told him so sorry I couldn't do it. But He started aggressively he said he had been fasting 14hrs and he wants to do it today.
