Doing a same job for our whole life
Doing a same job for our whole life 2GdNo
Career is the most vital thing that grown-ups are concerned about. The argument that staying in one position for your whole life is not encouraged is a subject that is both supported and refuted by many. Both sides of this argument will be analyzed prior to a conclusion being drawn.
Firstly, changing occupations provides us with lots of benefits. For instance, we can widen our social network by meeting new people, interacting with various colleagues. Also, gaining a number of new experiences can be seen as an advantage. Thus, it is clear that on a small scale, having more than one job brings employees more opportunities to develop themselves and find the most suitable position.
However, on the other side of this argument, it must be remembered that being unstable in a job would influence our lives more than the benefits it brings. For example, it is commonly understood that doing the same job gives you the specialized ability in the field you work in. Therefore, you could be promoted and your salary can be raised. With a high rate, you are able to afford what you like, to support your family. Unfortunately, this is something that job hoppers can never get.
In summary, I disagree with the idea that encourages people to change their careers. Being stable in one job is more advantageous than disadvantageous.
