In fact, the data appear to reveal that most people believe in professional growth and pursuing a career in different companies and even different sectors. How can we fully explain this fenomen? Firstly, it is crucial to highlight that humans are inherently curious and creative. We have planned out individual goals and society has pretty much defined the concept of a successful career. The idea of “feeling stuck” in an extremely competitive market become stressful. Technology has also contributed to facilitate the switch of positions as applying for a position through LinkedIn or plataforms is rapid and effortless. At a first glance, there may be some immediate solutions for companies to tackle the root of this issue. For instance, employers may be able to provide an ambitious career plan and the flexibility of trying news positions within a company after a training. Establishing a good communication and relatioship within workplace can help. Furthermore, competent self-management in leader positions, outstanding laboral conditions, autonomy may help to achieve remain records. In conclusion, salary and profits are main motivators of people but nobody would put in risk a job if the atmosphere had been ideal.
