To begin with, work from home has increased security of female workers. to explain it, in the past, women had to commute to their work places and between they had to face many difficulties such as men stalker. not only men stalking was a big issue but also they were being kidnaped as well as raped. for example, according to a survey 45% women got kidnaped during they were commute to their job places. thus, this helped a lot to enhance women's securities.
