In the contemporary epoch, salary plays a crucial role in the worker's life. it is argued that the top leadership of a group have much pay out rather than lower level worker's remuneration. A considerable amount of people said that this is beneficial for finding new management aptitude. I fully agree with this statement and explicit my views in the fourth coming paragraph. To embark with, there are plethora of reasons of this type of discrimination in salary while, the predominant reason is the carry numerous pressure of an organization. To put it succinctly, a company holding future goals which is only obtained by a good management consequently, they get not only their future goal but also maintain the company's reputation. For instance, a research suggest that alone 22% institution achieve their goals fully due to better management and leadership. In addition to this, having a huge salary encourages the workers in positive manners. To elucidate it, even though top workers and does not get higher money and they have a similar income as lower level workers then people cannot influence to get higher position in company and they cannot motivate for doing possible work in effective ways, which has dire repercussions to the organization and for economy. To encapsulate, I firmly believe that to attracting a skillful people to the companies by giving them the pretty salaries is much better for an organization. So, this is not only stimulated the employees to work most efficiently, on the contrary also find talented individuals.
