Dear Transport Schedule Manager
I would like to draw your attention regarding the current situation with the reliability of the bus services in the Brooklyn area over the last two weeks.
I regret to inform you that your bus service´s reliability is below my expectations due to the driver arriving 20 minutes late and it is causing stress to the neighbors and myself.
Over the last two weeks, I have been arriving late for work and it is affecting my work performance. Furthermore, the bus is getting full at the time when I catch the service, so I am not able to sit and be comfortable during my travel time.
In the light of the aforementioned issue, the ideal solution would be to change the driver or introduce more buses in the area to allow the users like me to experience an extensive timetable.
I look forward to receiving a prompt solution in this matter.
