It is difficult for young people to find a highly qualified job.

Actually now it is difficult for young people to find a good highly qualified job, maybe just small amount of people can find this type of job. Essentially in nowadays, employers affect to hire people who have a past history of work in some well-known companies and have previous work experience. It appears to me that it’s not right. Everyone needs to start with something. How can people start their job career if they are not give any opportunity to express themselves? Personally, I believe that our and others government should encourage employers to hire young people because future depends only on young people. And now I explain why. Firstly, according to various internet resources a large amount of educated young people are unemployed in different parts of the world. As I have said before, employers don’t prefer to hire young people because they have insufficient amount of experience. And therefore educated young people started to work in low-paying jobs and thereby scupper their job career. Secondly, unless the young people are getting involved with any sort of jobs, it could lead to terrible consequences. As I mention before our future depends only on young people and if young people don’t start now to receive nice job in future people will be uneducated in many areas. Also if government don’t do anything to encourage employers most of young people would become depressed for the rest of life and that’s all can contribute young people to get involved in crimes. And therefore this does not happen I recommend to government to generate one particular paid organization where young people can task side by side with older generation, they can also teach and help him with some difficulties and facilitate to move forward. In conclusion, I believe that it will be seriously and employers will be more delicate to young generation and give to their chance to show themselves and help with some difficulties.
