Bans on junk food from schools

Bans on junk food from schools M8gm6
Food is part of our necessities every day, we need to eat to keep the energy that will make us last until we go to sleep, as well as be prepared and ready for the next day’s activities. Wistfully, this is a requirement that not all people understand very well, by doing wrong or overweighed actions that can cost a life of a person. In those deals, you can find: overeating, a process of eating more than a normal individual, provoking certain diseases, such as cholesterol, an excess of a substance in our body, especially veins, to digest food easier; diabetes, which is related to big quantities of sugar in our body; or obesity, where people eat more, does not have any exercise activity and food components (fat calories, sugar, among others), to appear after time. This is a situation that occurs in many countries of the world, creating a list in which regions and states become part of it due to the enormous quantity of citizens that present one or more of those conditions. As a solution to this problem, people think that bans on soft drinks and sugary snacks which are part of schools’ menus should be implemented by their own governments. Even though it is a good solution, I think that both kids and teenagers who study will feel uncomfortable or anxious because they are too engaged with junk food, and if schools suddenly use these alternatives of changing food menus can make them fall into temptation and will end by keeping the numbers up instead of doing a change.
