As global trade increases, many goods including those we use on a dairy basis are produced in other countries and have to be transported long distances. Do the benefits of this trend outweigh the drawbacks? R6QXQ
Nowadays, due to the growing international trade, a plethora of products that are used dairy and made in other states must be transported to remote distances. However, this situation has several disadvantages apart from advantages. On the one hand, by transporting dairy goods to distant countries, people residing there can make use of more high-quality products. That is to say, some far and impoverished states tend to suffer from low-quality of products as their facilities for production are not developed adequately. However, importing better ones from developed countries can ameliorate the situation that individuals there can use qualitative products, which means the quality of life may increase in such places. For example, if a country cannot manufacture phones, which we use dairy, the citizens can be provided with them by importing them from overseas states. Therefore, this circumstance may be beneficial for the distant places. On the other hand, due to the long distance, transport may be used extensively, which poses a threat to the environment and can be expensive. In other words, in order to export goods to far places, means of transport, especially aircraft are required, which emit an inordinate amount of exhaust fumes to the air. Not only can it be harmful to the atmosphere, but also it can make the authority spend more money since using transport to export produce to remote states can demand a substantial amount of fuel. For instance, it is obvious that airplanes consume a great deal of fuel due to their size. Therefore, exporting goods to far away places can have adverse effects on both the environment and the government budget. To conclude, whereas transporting goods to far places can assist individuals living there, it can be detrimental for the environment and money-consuming. In my opinion, the downsides of it outweigh its upsides as protection of nature is the most crucial.
