Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to place a complaint against the chef and the waiter of your restaurant Binafsha. On May 16, 2020, I and two friends of mine went to eat out to your restaurant. As it was my friend's birthday we ordered two kinds of main meal and a desert. I must point out that we asked your waiter to offer the meals which were easy and quick made and, of course, ordered those he offered. The first meal was a sort of beef came to the table after an hour and a half, however they promised to bring it in an hour. I have to say that it was awful. For that case we said nothing and waited for the next meal. Unfortunately we felt very puzzled to taste the second meal which was called Binafsha after a name of your restaurant. It was the same of previous one. The desert was undelicious as well. After that we had to inform the chef about the situation but both the chef and the waiter didn't want to hear us and requested to do the payment in a rude way. I suggest that the chef and the waiter should apologize and give 50% back of our payment. I hope you will looking the matter and give an immediate reply. Yours sincerely, John Brown.
