Nowadays, population of senior citizen across the globe have been increase. Thus, it have positive as well as negative impact on the society as well as government. To commence with, the first and foremost positive impact seems to be that due to increasing in the number of older people reduce the day care schools from the society as, majority of kids grow with their grandparents. In addition, children can get the moral values and ethics from their grandparents so that they can develop themselves very well. Second of all, growing older generation can provide valuable knowledge and good leadership such as, how to grow nations economy? how to manage wellknown business empire? For example, in Japan 80% of the population is above 80years age group thus, they can develop their economy well as they are having wide range of experience. Last but not the least, elder people have good leadership and managerial skills so that they can manage and guide nation in proper way. For instance, prominent politician Mr. Narendramodi is about 75 year is renowned for their leadership and managerial skills. Paradoxically, on the flip side, as every coin has two side likewise, increasing in number of senior citizens in society have few drawbacks. First of all, government must require to spend 80% of their budget for improving the facilities hospitals and medical care as older people have more disease and their body is weak as compared to young generation. Moreover, government get financial burdan as they cannot gain the taxation from older one as they, do not engaged in economic activity because of their weak body. Furthermore, to grow any nation young task force is must essential without it any nation can not grew well. For example, government of Japan recently introduced new immigration policy in which they invite youg generation to handle their growing businesses.
