Most people in the world thinks that learning is the most crucial in our life. Personally, I totally disagree with the idea people learn things from those at their own level. I feel this way for two main reasons, which I will examine in the following paragraphs. First and foremost, supervisors have more power than pupils or co-workers. We know that teachers are good at in explaining and also can help us in complicated situation. However, fellow students not always well-prepared and not able to expound. Consequently, it may be an issue in the future. My personal experience is a compelling example of this. When I was in fifth grade I have a hude troubles with math and I was embarrassed to ask the teacher. Therefore, I asked a friend to explain it to me. Also after this I got extra problems. Eventually, I decided to talk about my mathematical weaknesses with my teacher and after he answers every one of my questions I understand better. If I have not said my teacher about my obstacles, I would not have nice grade in the future. Secondly, people at higher level mostly give guideline and teach how to study properly. This kind of instruction can really assist to remember information for a long time; on the contrast, juniors utilize long method and it is not always clear. Drawing from my own experience. For instance, when I learned English by myself and then I asked a friend about strategies how effective to teach. In particular, I didn’t understand anything as he was incorrect. Consequently, I was merely wasting my time. In the end, I started studying with a teacher and he explained everything to me in a nutshell. Then he gave a number of tips on how to teach correctly and until today I remembered this. In conclusion, I strongly feel that crowds learn better from higher level people, such as professors or supervisors. This is because they are supremely skilled and teach us properly.
