Hope you are safe and doing well.
I am glad to know that you have switched your job and joined the recommended organization. I really appreciate you for reaching out to me for suggestions.
Since this is your first night shift corporate job where work culture and environment is extremely different and complex, however it is good to see that you are doing well. I understand that transport roster for drop schedule is a concern for your safety since you live in PG, only female employee and rest all are males.
Admittedly, I also had a similar situation when it was a night shift job. My cab mates were male staff only where I was uncomfortable, and my parents were also against it due to the fact of safety concern. I used to reach home by 4 AM in the morning. I requested this to office transport verbally, however they did not take any action. Hence, I have emailed it to the head stating my concern.
I would advice you to drop an email to head of security and transport by documenting all the concerns along with the possible solutions. Ask them to provide a security guard and female employees as well in the cab.
I hope this will be a beneficial solution for your problem.
