I am writing to express my concern about your company's service system which was served me 6 hours ago.
I want attract your attention to (the) problems. As I said I used your company's shuttles for pay monthly paymen of my mobile phone. The service I were offered was unsatisfactory with following ways. The first problem was your worker which server me was rude and he had not communication skills. The most visible promlem was happened due to his fault. Because some mistakes was made and my money was sent another wrong address. As a result I lost my some money
When I tried to contact with you by phone no one answer any sensible answer. No sooner did I see this situation, then I decided to write a letter to you. I would like to hear your explanation for problems andr refund all of money. In addition to this my poin of view your company should compansate me for disservice.
