I am a student at New Green Field School, Alaknanda, Delhi and as a part of a pupil community survey project I have been given a responsibility of organising a group tour to a history fair, hence I would require some information to confirm our arrival.
Firstly, I am planning the travel in the third week of October this year. Could you please give me a brief summary of what all artefacts your exhibition possess and which era will be on the display in October? If you have a brochure could you send it along?
Secondly, I hope your exhibit will not be closed during the time we are planning to visit. If there are any national holidays because of which you would be closed, kindly let me know as well as opening hours. Lastly, is there any discount running or possible for a group of twenty school learners?
