Dear Sir, My name is John Smith. I have been working in development department from last 10 years. I am writing this letter to give report regarding employee retention ratio. Actually, as I am working in this organization for many years. So, I have good knowledge about all the things which are happening on company. There are plethora of reasons for new employee who are leaving our company. Firstly, as I have noticed that the manager of our team giving threat to new joiner that, If they have a no ability to working with timeline, they will retain them. Secondly, although company providing well working atmosphere, team member playing game with each to get rewards and incentives. Moreover, as a reputed organization all new comer leaves after seesing this kind of politics. Finally, at a time of joining company giving a commitment for salary increment but they are not doing as they said. I would like to give advice to take a measures as immediate manner to preserve identity of workplace otherwise it will leads to become hazardous in near future.
