The first reason is salary, some researches show that the low score in the educational system is related to low salaries for teachers; and consequently, without a good salary this career is no longer attractive for young talents. In Brazil, for instance, the annual income of young engineers can be five times higher than the same age teachers. To tackle this problem, the government should increase the salary of this professional and create some laws to guarantee a fair and attractive monetary condition for this career.
Another reason observed in many countries is the lack of basic conditions at schools, such as material for teaching, access to school difficulties, and no security for the teachers.
