YOUNGER LEADER OR OLD LEADER WOULD BE BETTER

Age seems to be very important in deciding whether our authorities should be old or young. According to the world, normally, most of the groups intend to throne elder people instead of risking their roofs to the younglings. From my perspective, whether it is in the past or modern days, some of the adventurous and fascinating events were created by the young adults and I personally think they should get a chance to lead people in their ways. Beginning with the experience, mistakes are quite familiar with aged people as they have done them so many times when they entered their life. After several of wrong decisions, they have learned how to avoid them in possible ways that they could imagine and from that one fact, not only respect is offered to them by organizations and works but also a seat in high position is waiting for them. Although having a life with more period than others, there comes a disadvantage that healthy mental and physical stages are not with them anymore. For the continuation, most of the newly adults are quite talented and excited to offer the best they can in the fields they are interested in. Even though, they have no chance for leadership, as they are living with the trend and just over the age of being an adult, they are able to create incredible ideas and unique plans for developments that average person cannot produce. They are also able to work under a lot of pressure with their positive mindset which is beneficial for all situations. In conclusion, it is time to fit younger people in the place that they deserve. Imagine placing them in the spot of being eligible to give orders, there is a high possibility that we will experience the best of awesome leaderships that we have ever seen.
