It is often asked, how should be leader? Its better to be strict or soft and friendly? There is not answer, in order to everyone think different about this issue. Companies have constating approaches about this. Companies have various strategy and according to this they manage staff. Most of companies choose strict approaches, because they believe, without controlling of staff, things go wrong. Employees will exceed their authority. In some cases it is justified, but sometimes this causes dissatisfaction and discomfort of the staff and similar cases it’s frequently employee outflow. Based on similar examples some companies consider friendly and direct approaches is more flexible and works better. When there is trust, staff attempt justify the trust and they are eager, however some of them do not appreciate and use it only for their own purposes. In my opinion, a balance should be maintained. Organizations need both approaches, depending on what they are working on. Employee preserves discipline and maintain ethics and respect for others. Cooperation demands to follow certain rules which are disparate from the rules at home. We do not ought to depend on our character and moods. We should forget our personal problems at work. Hindering factors make us lose our ability to work. Accordingly, the behavior of employees should be controlled. Nowadays the approaches have changed for the better. Companies find excellent ways with psychologists, which strategy is right, accordingly this leadership methods are developing and improving.
