If government can let this thing to me more systematic, people will more participate in it. For example, governments can run a rubbish truck which is just for recycling twice a week. Therefore, the residents can only throw the recycling waste on the time. Apart of this, the minded of people who also very important for them engage in recycling awareness campaign can be more effective as laws. It is true that if government set a law to mandate recycling, people will be more aware of its importances. For example, governments hold campaign like against the damage that residential waste has caused to this planet. As a result, more people will become alert to the crisis which is faced by the planet. In addition, school is an important role that teach children engage in recycling. School is a good place to inculcate the right minded to young generations. For example, school can has a cleaning campaign in beach. Thus, students can know the right way to recycle and have a good habit. If the young generations participate in recycling, it really can affect their parents and family members. In conclusion, it is completely unnecessary to use laws to control or restrict resident to increase household recycling. If governments and school can cooperate, I think that people will more engage in recycling in the future. (298words)
