Dear Madam, I hope this letter reaches you in your best of mood. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your cashier.
I am one of your loyal customer and I always take products for housekeeping. The first thing I would like to draw attention to is counting. A few hours ago I bought vegetables and greens for dinner from your market. Then I came home and while I was sawing online shops on social medias I wanted to purchase one dress. It was dead gorgeous. So I wanted to pay for this dress when I saw that there was no money on my card account.
Furthermore, when I checked, you also deducted money from my card for things I didn't buy. I am visibly disappointed from you. I would advise you that this situation is not happened again because you will lose your customers. I would be grateful if my money was refunded.
