Dear sirI am one of your loyal customer and i always use insurance from your insurance company. However, this time I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I received on 17th June from your company. I am really disappointed with the amount of increasing the insurance and I hope you will take prompt action after investigating the letter. When I arrived company your employees said the cost of insurance rose. They told I need to pay 100 dollars each month, the last time this amount was 50 dollars. It is too huge changing. I do not think it is worth it because a few month ago my car was accident your insurance company covered just 50 percent. And one of your staff was rude when I asked him what types of insurances were avialable. I regret to have used your insurance. I would like you to refund full cover from your company.
