Evolving World and the Challanges
Evolving World and the Challanges pnm1y
Nowadays, with the evolving world; countries are facing different challenges regarding environment, population, education, etc.
The digital age caused so many different opportunities around the world. A thousand kilometers away became accessible, different languages became understandable and, the borders became invisible. Students are chasing their dreams and professionals are more tend to become expats these days. One laptop and an internet connection are enough to be in the classroom or to be present in business meetings.
In Turkey, most of the young population and fresh graduates are trying to move abroad. There is a significant rise in the doctor population who is collecting necessary documents from the Turkish Doctor's Association to be transferred to European countries. For the next decade, hospitals will be facing a shortage of doctors to be present in the different shifts. And the Government is not showing any kind of affords to keep the educated population in the country. In addition to that, Government officials are giving encouraging statements about the young adults who want to move abroad.
Young adults and the educated population should be encouraged about the travel the world, expand their imaginations, and follow up the technology about their professions but also to come back to the country and bring the new technologies, and the innovations with themselves. Government has an important liability about this. Otherwise, the country will be suffering from these for decades.
As a young adult, I am also hoping after finishing my Master's degree I will be back in my country and work in my own home. I am hoping to Government to realize these issues and fix them by my graduation.
