You have recently visited a building which is of historical importance and came to know that it’s in bad condition. Write a letter to local newspaper office. In the letter, you should tell: – which building it is – what are the problems – what do you expect them to do.

Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Linh Tran who is a resident of Halifax, I am writing this email to express my concern about our Maritime Museum, which is located in Waterfront Street, is increasingly getting in bad condition.
Last week, I and my friends visited the Museum for a research assignment of Maritime history subject. The first thing we noticed when entering was that the entrance door was broken severely, and the lock was almost fell off. What happened next, infrastructure of internal building was without care. On top of that, it seemed to be long time to be cleaned up because almost all pictures and statues were dust and dirt.
As a resident of Halifax, we were so disappointed and dissatisfied. It is unbelievable that it could be forgotten with a local historical symbol.
To address this scenario, I would suggest that we should raise people’s awareness about the historical value of this building through the articles on your local newspaper. I hope that you will have some prompt action to save our historical importance for young generation in the future.
Yours faithfully,
Linh Tran
