I have been a satisfied customer of you since l received a bill which have included extra charges of and 900 for international calls which is totally unjustified. At no time have used the mobile for international calls, as I used to do local calls to my friends and government departments only. I have checked my phone summary which clearly depicts that I didn’t not do any international call. You can also verify by the call records history. I will appreciate if you correct my billing and please inform me in written. Furthermore please make it possible to adjust the over billing as not charging me for few next months, if it is not possible for you to return the bill. Best regards Muhammad Tariq
