Dear Smith, I am writing this letter because there is a problem in my apartment, where sink pipe is leaking from the past two days. I think you may not be aware of it because you didn't came to the apartment for checking there it causes a problem. I might think that there is no problem with the sink pipe, but it may be some other issues mostly of drainage pipe broken so it puts pressure on the pipes which are linked to this drainage pipe. I suggest that you should visit the apartment once along with plumber, and verify which drainage pipe is bursted so you can replace the drainage pipe and also check other problems as well. I hope that you definitely come as soon as possible. Let me know when you are coming so, I can be available when you reach the apartment and I can inform to the other flat members.
