İ am writing this letter to invite our MP to a local committee conference meeting which is held to discuss green community park in our neighbourhood.
Our community centre will execute phenomenal events and programs as well throughout the region. As you know, we have been confronting awful issues due to lack of proper plantations and greenery too. Furthermore, we should even think about community parks in our area despite the whole place being fully occupied by concrete and iron. Thus, we are planning to plant more tress across our constituency and renovate play areas.
Hence, we would like to invite you to contribute your valuable thoughts and suggestion. Having said that, we are looking for availability to conduct this meeting and please do not hesitate to call us on provided numbers if any additional information is required.
