One of the most crucial aspects to remember is that IQ has nothing to do with gender. In-depth research has revealed that, despite the perception that males frequently perform better in scientific fields than women, it may be untrue given that both sexes have equally strong receptive capacities. A striking illustration is a rise in female scientists working for NASA, which is regarded as the most respected organization in the world. It is clear from strong evidence that women are equally qualified to hold technical positions as men. On the other hand, in modern culture, the reason why men and women tend to work in different professions is not due to inherent differences between the sexes, but rather because of obsolete social preconceptions that prevent women from pursuing higher education. As a result, many girls have been denied access to higher education, which can considerably increase the pool of potential in the country. As a result, men continue to hold the majority of employment in professions like politics, science, commerce, or those requiring a lot of energy, while the other sex is more likely to work in disciplines like education or the medical industry. So, because of this forgotten reality, men and women can hold the same position in businesses and government organizations. In conclusion, I firmly believe that both men and women are equally physically and mentally powerful and capable of handling any task.
