Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to request you to publish an invitation of a Social gathering held for people belonging to different communities.
The gathering would be held for people belonging to all communities. I have planned some activities which would be divided in to 3 parts. When the guests arrive at the venue, There would be ceremony mainly focused on the self-introduction by the guests followed by the lunch as the second part. As for the final part, guests would be participating in games which will play an important role in knowing each other.
The Venue is decided to be held on the 13th of October at 11 am. The location will be the Royal Chamber Gardens, located at 34 Street, North York, ON L7A3H4.
I would highly appreciate if you could print the information on the bottom part of the Front page in your Local newspaper. Let me know if require any further details.
