I would like to inform you that last week, I was unable to reach the office on time because of a serious problem at the house. Unfortunately, my mother fell in the snow, and her knee got injured. The doctor recommended some medications and therapy sessions.
I apologize for the late arrival. Although I was trying my best to complete the treatment before my shift started, it's hard to manage time in hospitals because of the COVID situation because queues are longer than expected.
However, now my family has arrived from vacation. So my sister will carry my mother to the hospital for treatment. Moreover, the doctor allots a home nurse for the mother. From now onwards, I will try my best to be on time. I will not only come to the office on time but also take extra shifts.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused all around.
