I am writing to lodge complaint about the poor Internet service I am witnessing recently.
I am Hajarat, from Oyo state. My phone number is 698786883888. I have been using mtn sim to browse for more than 5years on both my phone and laptop.
For the past one week, I have been facing some challenges. I renewed my subscription on Friday but I couldnot access the Internet on any of my gadgets. I have reached out to the customer care team through phone calls but all my effort proved futile.
Would you kindly check and rectify the issues before the end of today because I will be having an online interview tomorrow evening. If the hitches prevail till then, I would have to switch to another network provider. I look forward to hear from you soon.
