The costs of medical healthcare are increasing all the time. Governments are finding it difficult to balance the healthcare budget. Should citizens be totally responsible for their own medical costs and take out private health insurance, or is it better to have a comprehensive health care system which provides free health services for all? Discuss.

The dramatic rise in the expenses of healthcare is been found difficult to balance the healthcare budget by government. Therefor, I believe that those who can afford it should definitely insure themselves and free case must be made poor available only for the citizens who are and cannot bear their medical expenses. Discussing on the first view, If citizens their medical insurance by their own it would definitely beneficial for the government, which could be utilise on other prime concern like education and employment. To examplify, According to a survey, it can be manifested that the countries like India generally people take care of their own medical expenditure, allowing government to take care of major issues. Beside this, Citizens look on their health issues and try to be mere healthy. Thus, such type of expenditure might be in the people. On the contrary, why government should take medical expenses by their own? Because of, All the Citizens cannot afford to pay it by their own. In addition, Not only their Citizens have to get the medical insurance but also they have to take care of their regular necessity. To further corroborate the above view, people have to look over their necessity like food, clothes and for live to buy house. For instance, a research of countries like Zimbabwe, it stated that the citizens of their country donot have two times of food to consume and also not house to live. conclusion, although the government connot take care of all medical expenses, nor people alone can bear all the cost. This is why I belived that an integrated action is required to face the challenge.
