Dear manager, I have been writing this letter for awful experience for your side. I will explain about my problems. 2month ago, I took plan in your company. Although your company engineer told to me, about free service for 6 months. However, now a days your internet running very slow. As a result, I had many problems in my work and effect on children education. in addition, I had complain many time in your customer care service but no one giving me response. so I am very tried. I request to you, please solve this problem otherwise back to your connection. My connection number is weyh123 and model number is AWE75BB. Further more, another one big issues is bill. when I took connection, after 15 days started this problems. As I do not use regularly, internet bill to high. I recommanded to you please reduce my bill.
