I am applying for the position of IT Officer for Yangon Office.   When I discovered your vacancy announcement,  I was very excited and great interest because I was willing to work in this kind of international humanitarian organization. Not only that, but I also want to support the people with my professional, so I feel like this is the big chance for me. Currently, I am working as an IT Support Specialist Freelancer.  I had 7 years experience with an enterprise-level of professional electronic goods, and home appliances distribution company, TMW Enterprise Limited (~ 1000 employees) as an IT help desk supervisor, a Senior IT engineer and an Inventory Supervisor of the IT department. Besides, I had one year experience as a Lecturer (Microsoft Office, A+, Network and Servers) and worked as a Volunteer in Myanmar Engineering Society for Living With Expo 2010 Exhibition. As the responsibilities for this role, it closely matches with my over 8 years experiences like Serving IT support services by person or through desk-side support tools, across networks such as the internet, social platform, and cellular call to customers. Providing technical support, troubleshooting and resolving any IT-related issues using diagnostic testing software and equipment. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, servers, networks, printers and scanners,  various applications. Optimizing tools and procedures for managing the environment. Understanding concepts such as VPN, AD, DHCP, DNS, IPv4, IP Subnets, ERP, Domain Email. Managing the income and outcome of IT equipments using inventory software. Provide training and share knowledge related to technical issues for team members and organization. In addition, I also worked closely with co-workers from other departments and all of these experience give me a great chance to further develop my field knowledge and expertise and helped me to significantly improve my critical thinking and analytical skills that are often necessary for the role. Furthermore,  I am a self-motivated and multitask oriented person and I never bore to explore the new experience.   I believe that I will surely be the best employee with the positive outcomes for your organization as a new IT Officer.
