Personally, I completely agree with the latter point of view, as I believe that when there is creation of awareness and giving of scholarship, admission would be achieved. On the one hand, creating of awareness and sensitization can be paramount in the rural area to get admitted into a higher institute. This is due to the fact that it will enable the students to be informed of various institution in their country and help them know the required band scores allocated to several courses, the money involved, the various ways of entry and years given to each department. Taking Nigeria, as an example, people who stay in the village are aware of several academies, due to sensitization done by considerable expertise in the field. In addition, this can make them to study appropriately and get into the academy despite not having enough funds. Furthermore, awarding scholarship programmes can be effective. The particular reason for this is that it will help them engage in these activities and try their optimal best to get into college. Moreover, it is normally graded by scores, so they will put in their best effort, since they know they can not afford to get admitted due to funds. This can change their life completely for the best. According to a recent survey, giving out free admissions to the disadvantaged families has helped about 80% of Individuals go to college.
