Dear Mr. Tariq SiddiquiHope this letter finds you in sound health. My purpose behind writing this letter is to make a special request. As it is already known to you that our flat has no exposure to outside world and sunlight has no access to our house. Winter season has already started and access to main roof is required for drying up the clothes. Yesterday, I went to the roof top only to find that the access door to the roof was locked. Upon enquiring, I learnt that only residents of third and fourth floor have access to main roof and a copy of key has been provided separately to each flatmate. so my request here is to provide me also a copy of the key so that I can have unhindered access to the main roof. This is help me gain access to the roof and I can also dry up my clothes in the sun. This is very humble request from you and I will always be obliged for this lovely gesture of yours. Hoping for a positive response from your side.
