To the editor, I recently had a dining experience in a burger restaurant that I must write in to tell you. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. The online menu of the burger restaurant showed that the beef, fish, and chicken burgers were available for ordering; however, upon entering, one of the staffs denied the ordering availability of those burgers. I asked to see the manager to explain the mismatched information that was provided on the restaurant’s app, yet one of the staffs refused to answer my question with an unpleasant facial expression, and another staff threatened me that they would call the police if I insisted on the question. To avoid any embarrassment, I complied with them by leaving the restaurant immediately with hunger. The disrespectable attitudes and behaviours of the staffs of this burger restaurant are completely unacceptable. Please print this letter and report it to the media so that other customers can avoid suffering a similar experience.
