Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to request a refund for the laptop that I recently purchased from your online store.
I bought a brand new white laptop from your online store last week to give to my sister for her birthday. Unfortunately, I am here to inform you that I did not receive the correct item that I ordered.
I received a Laptop which is the wrong color and the wrong brand. I ordered the Acer brand but what I received was black Lenovo brand, black color. There must be something wrong with your online order collection system or your packaging staff. I am really disappointed with this issue as I could not give the present to my sister on her birthday.
I have returned the item accordingly as instructed by your online customer service assistant. I would like to get a refund for this item within 7 days from the confirmation email that the item was successfully returned to your warehouse.
I hope that my request does not cause you any inconvenience. Thank you.
