women role in the police and army

People have an assumption that the women should be made the part of police and armed forces to serve their nation, but some think the opposite. Women has the ability to serve for the secuirty of their state, as they are more educated now, and contain equal rights that allowed them to defend their homeland. Firstly, the education has provided women with the sense of responsbility and managerial skills as well. It is a known fact, that the forces of any kind requires skills and ability to lead the group of people, however, increased in the equality in education has made it possible for everyone to learn. Considering the fact as an example, that in USA, 54% of the college passing outs are females. So, diversity has also impacted on the educational institutes of the USA. Secondly, equal participation from the nation, irrespective to the sex, can protect it from the both, internal and external threats. Although men are higher in numbers in the world, but, still the rising number of women demands their inclusion in state matters. Young girls are energetic and have potential to protect their region, such a zeal from the young female graduates can be utilized perfectly. For instance, number of ladies in the world has increased to 49%, and is expected to further grow in future. Moreover, knowledge and techniques can enhanced female eligibility. In my opinion, females should be allowed to play their role in guarding their country, by policing and fighting the external strategic challenges. However, it was very hard in the part for the girls to join the forces, but modern methods of the secuirty has allowed all of the sexes to play their role. In conclusion, it has been analyzed that the each gender has their right to take part in the national defensive activities. The famales are knowledgeable and more equiped with leadership skills that allows them to be participative.
