Childhood is the most important development phase in the life of a human, and also the time of seminal learning experiences which determine the values and attitudes which shape one’s character as an adult. For ages, all humans have valued happiness as the fundamental goal of life and living, and have shaped the education system of our societies to further the goal of attaining happiness and fulfillment. So today, I wanna share with you a significant topic, that is Happy School. In general, the most important core to deserve to be a happy school in VN needs 3 criteria: love, educational environment and respect. We’ll start with the first criteria: love. A happy school is a place where both teachers, parents, and students feel happy. That’s where teachers find their passion and enthusiasm for teaching. They actively offer active and creative teaching methods, always support and help their students in the learning process, intimate relationships, bonding, and sharing with students. It is a place where students feel interested in their lessons, without pressure, stress, and fatigue. For parents, a happy school is a place where they want to entrust their children, let them develop the best, where they can trust their children's future. Now, we will turn to the second one: the educational environment. The clean and free School environment of this pollution is a major factor in making students more comfortable and happy to be in the school environment. Teachers and Schools should create an atmosphere of clean environment that makes Students more comfortable in there. Material and cultural spaces make the school be a safe and student-friendly environment. It means there will be no dirty toilets, no school violence, there are no fight, clashes between students, unfortunate accidents such as suicide due to pressure. Third is respect. A school is considered happy when there are no acts and words that violate social ethics, offend the dignity and honor of teachers. In particular, it is a place to respect differences, not to impose an individual on the generality of the collective. The thought making school a happy place is a million-dollar question. First and foremost let us try to analyze the psychology of the students. A direct question, Does the thought of going to school excites every children? I guess not. They interest quotient varies from child to child. If you ask to any school-going child the upfront answer we get is “NO CLASSES’’. So by what deed we can make a child get excited about this thing? It is also worth considering that are processes, policies, activitives…designed to operate the school rationally or not? It is difficult for students to be happy when they face a huge amount of homework every day, playing time is almost nonexistent. Just as it's hard for teachers to create happy classrooms for their students with an overloaded program or the pressure of achievement. Particularly, I strongly oppose using grades and academic achievement to judge a student. Because it can lead to students being too confident or self-deprecation about their own abilities and they will look for other ways to assert themselves such as competition, bullying or school violence. I think the teachers should change their teaching methods. Providing learning topics by giving examples of implementation through direct simulation, or practice to link lessons to the example of problems that fit the real circumstances will make students more interested and more quickly understand as well. Teachers should teach practice-oriented, ethical and necessary skills for students’ future. Building a happy school will help students have the best learning environment. They will feel happy and interested in going to school everyday, with subjects, lectures. It helps them to be more movative, proactive and constantly create new values, acquire new lectures. Children are the hope, potential leaders of the country in the future. So it’s extremely necessary to give them a suitable environment to develop.
