In current scenario, the crime is increasing at a rapid rate in all around the world. There are enormous type of punishments as per crime. Because of sudden rise in crime rate there is a constant rise in a demand for capital punishment for all crimes which will be helpful in reducing the crime as per their opinion. So in the following phrases I will discuss about the advantages and disadvantages of capital punishments. In today’s world, people see the criminal as threat towards the society. In their opinion “Once a criminal always a criminal”. Additionally people thought that if government implement harsh punishments than there will be a fear of punishment before conducting a crime. Hence, there will be reduction in crime rate and it will create healthy environment in the society. If rulling goverment implement capital punishment then there will be a chance of misusing that rule. For example, In Afghanistan there is a capital punishment for all the crimes. Because of such kind of rules, people of afghan now a days become more violent which is thereat towards neighbouring country. Similarly, there is no freedom of speech in the country. On the other hand, there must be punishments for all the crimes but you can not provide death penalty in case of robbery and accidents. Because it is necessary for that person to realise their crime and give him a chance of improvment. It is his right to leave his life in his own way after completing the punishments. In case of rape and terrorist attack there must be a death penalty within a week. In conclusion, It is necessary for people to understand the level of crime. Based on that let court has to decide the punishment for crime. It is best way for deciding the punishment for criminal.
