Which option is good for your small town? Option A Shopping malls Option B recreational centre?

In my opinion, both options have some advantages, and I can see why some town residents might prefer Option A. If I had to make a choice, however, there are several reasons why I would go for Option B. For one thing, I think a recreational centre would be a great choice for residents of this small town. This town does not have any areas like a recreational centre for fun. If anybody wants to spend their free time outdoors he/she needs to visit some other area in search of a recreational centre. In contrast, the town already has several shopping malls, so building another one would not be much beneficial for town residents. For another thing, If we look around nearby 100 Kms areas, there is no recreation centre, so it will bring tourists to this site. Tourists will spend money on local shops/businesses like garments, restaurants, hotels, motor vehicles and many more. It will boost the income level of our town. Ultimately, it would make a positive impact on the economy of our town which results in an enhancement in the standard of the residents of our town. So for the reasons I have outlined above. The advantages of Option B outweigh the advantages of option A. I feel Option B is a better choice. However, these are my personal views. I will support whatever decision is made.
