Weight Losing on Keto Diet
Weight Losing on Keto Diet Pnk6X
You've been working hard to follow a healthy, low-calorie diet and improve your exercise habits, and your reward has been watching your weight go down and feeling better. Now, however, for no reason you can identify, the scale has stopped budging. You've hit a weight-loss plateau. 3. Lack of motivation. Most people I know are not very motivated to lose weight and stay healthy. One reason is they think they just can't stick to a diet plan. For example, you've gotten in a routine and you feel like it's getting easier. Then, you start to feel more and more hungry. If you don't eat well, if your eating is just a struggle, it can make you unhappy. So, I think you need to stay motivated. I can't say that I'm the best at motivation, because I've never followed a strict diet, but I do know that if I had a really good reason to eat a certain way, or I got really hungry, then I would do it. That's not to say you should just give up on the diet because you're miserable. But it is important to continue working on your motivation and that's where I put your accountability for this post. * How many times have you tried to get in touch with someone? Most people will keep trying for 2 or 3 times. Once they start, they keep going until they get someone. Sometimes it takes more than 3 attempts. You need someone to be accountable to and I don' t think that the weight loss community is the right place to look for someone like that. There are probably a few people on this site who have a low level of accountability and who will try to find someone to blame, who doesn't care enough to try. How do you convince someone that it would be good for them to work on their motivation? * You have to understand that motivation is not something that you can give yourself. Some people have more motivation than others. Try to motivate yourself to exercise.
