Nowadays, workers/employers are doing their job from home by modern technology and at present telecommuting is very increasing also it will very popular in coming days. This essay will show that work from home is important for every employers.
First of all, telecommuting is necessary for every company's member and employers are can easily conversation to them. People are easily doing their work without any restrictions or problem and in this modern era computer technology is very advanced and also Internet connections are very powerful then webcam (web camera) play a vital role in telecommuting. They easily attend their important meetings from home to using those kinds of technology.
On the other hand, if people are going to their work place by their own vehicle then sometime this stock in a huge traffic. However, people do work from home, so every individuals are saving their time and as well as transportation facilities but some time internet connection is very poor and also screen as glitch so they can does not concentrate of their work. Thus, companies not spend too much money for their swanky and luxurious cabins and this save a lot of electricity by work from home. For example, recently we face a pandemic situation that time employers are doing a work from their house.
