The importance of walking for improving fitness has always been debatable and now become more controversial where some people claiming it is beneficial for getting healthy and strong, and some reject this notion. In my opinion, we should walk everyday and avoid using cars because it will help us in staying in shape, and help humankind in the long run. This essay will further elaborate my positive viewpoint on this trend and thus lead to a logical conclusion. Analyzing the statement and explaining further, the first and foremost reason behind this is that if public starts to walk each and every day for small distance, they might see a significant change in their life. Furthermore, another striking reason is that it will help in reducing air pollution which was caused while using cars or any other form of transportation for short distances. Categorically discussing, it cannot be ignored that the main reason behind this is that it is one of the most simplest way to do exercise which does not need any specific equipment, you can just manage with your shoes or even slippers. Probing ahead, the main underlying reasons stems from the fact that people nowadays like to go for a drive to explore new parts of the city in which they live. Despite of taking your car you can go by walking and you might find new thing which you might have missed when exploring by car. Moreover, you will have a personal connection with the nature, which will help you in relaxing your mind. Last but not the least, if you do not walk you might face a plethora of repercussions in your old age. From the point mentioned above it is clear why so many humans support this trend. To Recapitulate, from the information aforementioned above, one can reach to a conclusion that walking is the best as well as the most effortless way of keeping your mental and physical body healthy. Therefore, the government should promote people to walk and build infrastructure so it helps all mankind.
