Nowadays, many youngsters ignore either their grandparents or old family members. A number of individuals hold the opinion that family members who are young must look after the older members of their family when they become unstable to look after themselves with the perspective of finance and health. This essay will argue why I totally agree with the statement. To commence with, with regards to youth, they just tend to leave their elders instead, they should never forget their ups and downs in the medieval times. Those elders have faced several problem but had done everything for their children. In addition, children should take care of elders when they become helpless. Mainly, when the old family members do not have capital and have suffered from illness however, children should become their backbone and should assist them. For instance, in a survey's result it was seen that in India, the percentage of older parents which were left alone was 85 and their children did not care for them at all. Overall, government should make some rules for youngsters so that they look after their family. Moreover, children should be legally responsible for their older members as they are a part of their family. Instead of old members being kept in old age homes, their children should help them as it would be beneficial for the elders. For example, there are few government houses for old people to live but they lack facilities. Therefore, in a family, children should become helpful to the old masses. In conclusion, as it is children's responsibility, it should be mandatory as it would help old individuals to survive.
